Right after competing at last year’s @ihff_expo @sheruclassic we took a call of taking a year’s off and get back to the lab. He knows he is meant for big things so there’s no point in just making up the numbers at big shows.
We took the approach of hitting a rebound right after the show and put on some size as the body is SCREAMING for nutrients and food! Made good use of that and then did a health phase where we took care of the internal health and blood markers.

This period feels like that, when I was prepping silently for the @ihff_expo @sheruclassic Amateur Olympia where I won my @ifbb_pro_league Pro Card. 1 solid year of off-season and diving right into prep.
It’s kind of same now. Working, grinding day in and day out, keeping things very very basic right now and allowing the body to shift on its own and transition to the Open division. But the transition is not easy by any means. But I signed up for this.
115 kgs here and a long way to go.
I hear this a lot- these pictures don’t do justice to what I really look like. So next up will be proper pictures that actually tell you the real story. Stay tuned for those🙂
